Farmer, horse breeder, mountain guideHe does a bit of everything: planning your route, choosing the right donkey for you, explaining the maps, getting you on your way. He's also found in the kitchen, the garden, doing repairs… basically everywhere.
Dominique Donnet
Retired farmerWe owe her the beautiful, sprawling vegetable garden, the flowers, the fruit, the vegetables… She's the garden expert. The lovely sweet recipes (jams, ice cream, homemade cakes) are all Granny Dom.
Thi My Nguyen
Trained orthoptist, jack-of-all-trades hereTrained in various professions, she's found her calling: management, communication, service, and above all cooking! She loves creating recipes inspired by faraway places using local produce. She's still learning the rest of the trade, and loving every bit of it!

Virgile Pigache
Farmer, jack-of-all-trades, former builderHe's the team's strong arms, the handyman, our winter woodcutter. He's entrusted with the structure's new projects, building and renovation… Together with his wife Thi My, they run the Gîte du Pont de Burgen.
